Private Client Solicitor

Our sister firm, Hanney Dawkins & Jones in Pinner, Middlesex is looking for a personable and proactive Private Client Solicitor to manage a varied caseload and provide clear, practical advice to individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters. 

The Role

You will advise clients on:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Trusts and trust administration

• Inheritance tax and succession planning

You will manage your own caseload, build strong client relationships, and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.

About You

• Ideally at least 10 years PQE in private client work

• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills

• Excellent client care and communication abilities

• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
