Probate Administrator 

Are you an organised, detail-focused individual looking to further develop your career in legal or estate administration? We’re looking for a Probate Administrator to join our supportive and friendly team.

In this role, you will help gather and organise documents in estates, communicate with clients and financial institutions, and provide essential administrative support throughout the probate process to our fee earners, as well as provide support in relation to Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney files. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide you, but some experience in Private Client work is preferable.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with preparing documents and managing case files

• Handle routine client enquiries with professionalism and empathy

• Meet with clients to sign paperwork

• Gather financial information from banks and other organisations

• Support senior team members with estate and tax paperwork

• Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

• Confidence using Microsoft Office

• A supportive, professional approach when dealing with sensitive matters

• Ideally some previous experience, but a willingness to learn and grow your knowledge of Probate, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
